Description
This puree can be served with fresh fruits, such as pineapple or bananas. Pine essence (pine nut oil) is available at pharmacies in the aromatherapy section. Instead of mangoes, you can use 250 g of mango puree.

- Mango - 3 pieces
- Butter - 1.8 oz

Peel the mangoes and remove the pit.
Step 2
Chop the mangoes in a food processor to make a puree, transfer to a saucepan, add the butter, and heat on low for 15-20 minutes. Blend again in the food processor.
Step 3
Add 1-2 drops of pine nut oil. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
