- Hochland Cream Cheese for Cooking - 6.3 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Bittersweet Chocolate - 11.3 oz
- Brown Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 1.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Vanilla extract - 2 spoons
- Salt - ½ spoons
- Cocoa Powder - 2.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1.9 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 320°F.
Step 2
In a saucepan, melt the butter and heat it until it starts to bubble.
Step 3
Remove the butter from the heat, add the chocolate to it, stir, then cover with a lid and let it sit for 5 minutes. During this time, the chocolate will melt; stir again until smooth and well combined.

Whisk the chocolate mixture with 3 eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla paste.

Add salt, cocoa powder, and flour, and mix until smooth.
Step 6
Transfer the dough to a baking dish greased with vegetable oil and smooth it out.

Whip the Hochland cooking cream cheese with white sugar and an egg. Thanks to its high heat resistance, its dense texture and shape will be maintained even after baking.

Using a spoon, dollop the cheese mixture onto the dough in small mounds.

Dip a skewer or the tip of a knife into the batter and make circular motions across the surface to create a marbled pattern. Bake the brownies in the oven for 40–45 minutes. To prevent the white pattern from browning, you can loosely cover the baking dish with foil.

Check the brownies for doneness by inserting a skewer into the batter: it should come out with moist crumbs. Allow the finished brownies to cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
