- Egg white - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Whole egg - 3 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Vanilla extract - 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour - 2.8 oz
- Milk - 2 fl oz
- Cocoa Powder - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 320°F.
Step 2
Whip the egg whites until fluffy.
Step 3
Add one third of the sugar and whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the remaining sugar, butter, and vanilla extract until pale in color.

Add the milk and flour to the egg yolks and mix well.

Add the whipped egg whites and gently fold them in with a silicone spatula.

Divide the dough into two equal parts and add cocoa to one of them. Mix well.

Pour the white batter into the bowl with the chocolate batter without mixing them.

Grease a baking pan with butter and pour the batter into it. This will create a marble pattern in the pie.

Bake the pie for about an hour. To check for doneness, poke it with a toothpick; it should come out clean.
