Description

- Butter - 8.8 oz
- Sugar - 8.8 oz
- Vanilla salt - 1.1 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Milk - 3 tablespoons
- Cocoa Powder - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the butter with a mixer until creamy, add sugar, a packet of vanilla sugar, salt, and beat with the mixer until thick.
Step 2
Add the eggs one at a time and mix until homogeneous.
Step 3
Combine the flour and baking powder, add to the batter, and mix well.
Step 4
Divide the batter into two parts. Mix the first part with cocoa powder.
Step 5
Grease the baking pan with butter and alternately layer the two types of batter (with chocolate and without).
Step 6
Bake in a preheated oven at 320°F, check for doneness with a toothpick after 50 minutes.
Step 7
Remove the cake and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
