Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 6.2 oz
- Sugar - 6.3 oz
- Vanilla salt - ⅓ teaspoon
- Butter - 7.1 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
- Baking Powder - 0.2 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Unsweetened cherry juice - 3 fl oz
- Potato protein - 1 teaspoon
- Marinated cherries - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
Whisk the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition.
Step 3
Sift in the flour with baking powder and mix with a spatula. Add the cocoa and mix with a spatula in 2–3 movements, leaving streaks of cocoa.
Step 4
Spoon the batter into cupcake molds and place cherries on top. Bake for 25 minutes.
Step 5
Dissolve the starch in the juice and place over low heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until it thickens to a jelly-like consistency.
Step 6
Remove the cupcakes from the molds and brush with the jelly.
