Ingredients

  • Marshmallow - 4 pieces
  • Liquid dark chocolate - 3.5 oz
  • Unbleached flour crackers - 6 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the grill well. Skewer the marshmallows (choose larger ones, with sides measuring 4–5 cm) onto two wooden skewers, with two marshmallows per skewer. Hold the skewers over the grill at a distance of about 10–12 cm, slowly turning them for four to six minutes, until the marshmallows begin to melt.

Step 2

Then immediately place one piece of marshmallow on each cookie, and on top, add 15-20 grams of chocolate (the chocolate bar should be broken into small pieces beforehand). Next, layer again with a cookie, marshmallow, and chocolate, so that in the end, a tower is formed.

Step 3

If the marshmallows have cooled down and the chocolate isn't melting, the already assembled marshmallow towers can be carefully wrapped in a sheet of foil and placed on the grill rack for just one to two minutes — during this time, the chocolate will spread and cover the pastries with a glaze.
