- Marshmallow - 2 pieces
- Butter - 3.5 oz

Step 1
Marshmallows are already sweet, so we do not add sugar. Coloring this cream is also easy; just add food colorings and mix.
Step 2
Cut the butter into small cubes. You can let it sit at room temperature for a bit. Place the marshmallows in a 0.5-liter jar (note that the marshmallows are double) and microwave for 30 seconds.
Step 3
The marshmallows will expand in size. Act quickly: start whipping the marshmallows with a mixer, adding the butter piece by piece. After half of the butter is incorporated into the marshmallows, stop the mixer, place the jar with the cream in a pot of cold water, and continue whipping while adding the remaining butter piece by piece. Whip for about five minutes.
