Description
You can add vanilla or a few drops of almond oil (or almond essence). You can also top it with icing. All ingredients should be at room temperature.

- Marzipan - 7.1 oz
- Margarine - 7.1 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 7.8 oz
- Potato protein - 2.5 oz
- Milk - 5 tablespoons
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place softened margarine and sugar in a bowl and mix well at high speed with a mixer. Tear the marzipan into small pieces and add to the bowl. Crack the eggs into the mixture and beat.
Step 2
Mix the flour with the baking powder and starch, and gradually add it to the main mixture by the tablespoon while mixing with the mixer. Pour in the milk and mix well again until the batter is of a uniform consistency.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 338°F. Grease a baking pan with margarine, pour in the batter, and smooth it out. Bake for about 50–55 minutes.
