- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Almond - 3.5 oz
- Egg white - 4.2 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Pears - 7.1 oz
- Orange zest - 0.1 oz
- Chopped almonds - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Cut the pear in half, peel, and remove the core.
Step 3
Slice thinly lengthwise.
Step 4
In a mixer or large bowl, combine the butter and sugar, add the almond flour and mix.
Step 5
Beat in the eggs one at a time.
Step 6
Add the citrus zest and mix.
Step 7
Roll the dough into a ball, place it in a ring or baking dish, and flatten it.
Step 8
Arrange the pear slices on top.
Step 9
Sprinkle with almond flakes.
Step 10
Bake in a preheated oven at 338°F for 30 minutes.
