For the dough, mix the flour, a pinch of salt, yeast, and warm water. Knead well for 5 minutes until the dough is elastic. Transfer to an oiled bowl, cover with oiled parchment paper, and place in a warm spot until it doubles in size. Then roll it out very thinly and place it on an oiled baking sheet measuring 22x32 cm.
