Ingredients
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 10.6 oz
- Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
- 10% cream - 2 fl oz
- Vanilla salt - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Chopped almonds - 1.8 oz
- Candied fruits - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the cottage cheese, mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla in a deep bowl and mix until smooth.
Step 2
Add the chopped almonds and candied fruits.
Step 3
Whip the chilled cream and fold it into the cheese and cottage cheese mixture.
Step 4
Mix everything well and transfer it to a prepared mold. If you don't have a special mold, no worries. Place the mixture in a deep plate, set a flat plate on top, and place a weight on it.
Step 5
Refrigerate the Easter overnight. In the morning, decorate to your liking.
