Matcha Green Tea Ice Cream
Ingredients
- Coconut Milk - 1 can
- Honey - to taste
- Matcha - 0.3 oz
- Bananas - ½ piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the coconut milk in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 2
Wrap the peeled banana in plastic wrap and place it in the freezer.
Step 3
In the morning, remove the thick layer of coconut cream (use the remaining water in a smoothie or porridge), add a tablespoon of matcha powder, and sweeten to taste with honey.
Step 4
Blend in a blender.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into ice cube trays and freeze until completely solid.
Step 6
Before serving, blend the resulting ice pieces and half of the frozen banana.
Step 7
The ice will turn into powder — scrape it off the walls with a spatula and blend until creamy. The ice cream is ready.
