  • Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Butter - 2 tablespoons
  • Dill - 2 tablespoons
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Pass the meat through a meat grinder.

Beat the egg, add finely chopped dill, flour, milk, salt, and pepper, mix, and combine with the minced meat.

Step 3

Pour the mixture into a hot frying pan greased with butter. Once it thickens, place it in the oven and cook until done.
