- Wheat Flour - 2½ cups
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Milk - ½ cup
- Veal Mince - 10.6 oz
- Hard Cheese - 2 tablespoons
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Horseradish Leaves - to taste
- Mustard Greens - 1 teaspoon
- White bread - 1 piece
- Water - ½ cup
- Breadcrumbs - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dissolve salt and sugar in milk, add butter, flour, and knead quickly. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 2 – 3 hours.
Step 2
Roll out the dough 3 times, folding it into 4 layers each time.
Step 3
Soak the white bread in water, crumble it, and add it to the minced meat along with the egg, tomato sauce, horseradish, and mustard.
Step 4
Place the dough in a pan lined with parchment paper and spread the filling. Sprinkle the pie with breadcrumbs and cheese.
Step 5
Bake the pie at medium-low power for 15 minutes.
