- Ground meat - 8.8 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Pickled Chanterelles - 7.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
- Sour Cream - 3 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Spices - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the filling: sauté the onion in vegetable oil, add the mushrooms, and sauté. Add the ground meat, salt, and spices, and sauté.
Step 2
While the filling is cooking, make the dough: lightly beat the eggs and add the cheese grated on a coarse grater, mix. Add the sifted flour, mix. Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, and baking soda. Knead the dough.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish or tray with vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour.
Step 4
Pour a little more than half of the dough into the dish, leveling it across the bottom.
Step 5
Place a layer of filling on top of the dough.
Step 6
Pour the remaining dough on top and place in an oven preheated to 392°F for 30 minutes.
