Meatless Lasagna
Ingredients
- Ready dry lasagna sheets - 15.9 oz
- Champignon Mushrooms - 14.1 oz
- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 head
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Basil - 1 bunch
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Tomato Sauce - 17.6 oz
- Cream Cheese - 14.1 oz
- Grated Parmesan cheese - 5.3 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Greens - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat the oil over medium heat.
Step 2
Sauté the chopped vegetables for 3-5 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in the tomato sauce.
Step 4
In another bowl, mix the cream cheese with the egg, chopped assorted greens, and half of the Parmesan.
Step 5
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Layer in a baking dish: lasagna sheets, cream cheese mixture, vegetables.
Step 7
Sprinkle the last layer with Parmesan.
Step 8
Bake for 50 minutes at 392°F covered with foil (remove the foil 10 minutes before it's done).
