- Pork Mince - 14.1 oz
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Hard Cheese - 10.6 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 14.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the chopped mushrooms with the onions. Lightly salt.
Step 2
Boil the eggs for the filling hard. Cut into pieces.
Step 3
Roll out the dough.
Step 4
Sprinkle the dough with grated cheese.
Step 5
Spread the meat filling. Salt to taste.

Add the sautéed mushrooms on top.
Step 7
Place the pieces of boiled eggs on top and lightly salt them.
Step 8
Roll up the loaf and brush the top with egg yolk.

Bake at 356°F for 50 minutes until golden brown.
