Ingredients
- Parmesan Cheese - 0.4 oz
- Champignons - 0.4 oz
- Onion - 0.4 oz
- Sweet Pepper - 0.4 oz
- Dried Turkey - 0.5 oz
- Feta cheese - 1.1 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 0.7 oz
- Oranges - 0.7 oz
- Parsley - 0.2 oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Milk - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dice the mushrooms, bell pepper, and onion.
Step 2
Place them in a preheated skillet with vegetable oil and fry until golden brown. Then add the tomatoes, olives, orange flesh, and parsley.
Step 3
Whisk the milk together with the eggs and evenly pour it over the sautéed vegetables. Cook the omelet on both sides until golden.
Step 4
Then place the feta cheese in the center of the omelet and roll it up like a Swiss roll. Sprinkle grated Parmesan on top.
