Melon Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • Watermelon - 10.6 oz
  • 33% Cream - 8 fl oz
  • Sugar - 1.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients.

Step 2

Remove the seeds and skin from the melon and cut it into random pieces.

Step 3

Transfer the melon to a blender, add the cream and sugar. If the melon is not very sweet, add more sugar.

Step 4

Blend everything together until smooth.

Step 5

Transfer the mixture to a container and place it in the freezer for 4–5 hours.

Step 6

For the first 2 hours of freezing, take out the container and stir the mixture to prevent ice crystals from forming in the ice cream.

Step 7

Serve the melon ice cream on a hot summer day.
