  • Glucose Syrup - 1.8 oz
  • Lemon Juice - 1 fl oz
  • Mint - 0.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the melon. Puree the melon flesh with a blender.

Step 2

Combine the melon puree with glucose syrup in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Step 3

Add lemon juice and cool.

Step 4

Add chopped mint and then place in the freezer.

Step 5
