- Egg white - 4 pieces
- Vinegar essence - 1 teaspoon
- Powdered Sugar - 1 cup
- Vanilla salt - to taste
- Corn Starch - 1 teaspoon

Step 1
Line a rectangular baking dish with parchment paper and grease it with margarine.
Step 2
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gradually add the powdered sugar while continuing to whip. Add vinegar, vanilla, and cornstarch.
Step 3
Spread the egg white mixture evenly over the entire surface of the dish and bake until the meringue hardens.
Step 4
Remove the paper, spread the meringue with jam. Carefully roll it up while holding it with a towel, place it on a plate seam side down, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
