Ingredients
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Strawberry - 15.9 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 3.9 oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 8.8 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 7.1 oz
- Sugar - 2 teaspoons
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the egg whites in a bowl and beat until stiff peaks form (start beating at low speed, gradually increasing to maximum while adding the powdered sugar).
Step 2
Spoon the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between them, and make small indentations on top.
Step 3
Bake at 284°F for 30 minutes. Allow the meringues to cool in the oven for 4 hours.
Step 4
Beat together the mascarpone cheese, cottage cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. The cream is ready.
Step 5
Place the berries on the meringues and top with the cream.
