- Cilantro - 1 bunch
- Parsley - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Fry the tortillas in oil in a skillet, then place them on a paper towel.

Heat the beans, corn, finely chopped tomato, and mozzarella in the skillet.
Step 3
Sprinkle with chili powder and cook until thickened.
