  • Chili Powder - a pinch
  • Canned Corn - 2 tablespoons
  • Beans in tomato sauce - 1.8 oz
  • Cilantro - 1 bunch
  • Parsley - 1 bunch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Fry the tortillas in oil in a skillet, then place them on a paper towel.

Step 2

Heat the beans, corn, finely chopped tomato, and mozzarella in the skillet.

Step 3

Sprinkle with chili powder and cook until thickened.

Step 4

Stir in the chopped herbs.

Step 5

On one tortilla, place the mixture, cover with the second tortilla, and press down so the cheese seals the edges.

Step 6

Serve with a slice of avocado and guacamole.
