- Cocoa Powder - 1.1 oz
- Corn Starch - 1.3 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - 0.1 oz
- Almond - 16 fl oz
- Butter - 0.8 oz
- Vanilla extract - 0 fl oz
- Whipped Cream - to taste
- Chopped almonds - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Combine brown sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt in a small saucepan, then stir in the almond milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, whisking constantly, and cook, whisking, for 1 minute.
Step 2
Remove from heat and add finely chopped butter and vanilla. Cool in a bowl, covered with greased parchment paper, for about 1.5 hours. Serve with whipped cream and almonds.
