Microwave Brownies
Ingredients
- Butter - 7.1 oz
- Sugar - 2 cups
- Liquid dark chocolate - 7.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1½ cups
- Chopped almonds - ½ cup
- Vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons
- Salt - a pinch
- Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a double boiler, melt 2 bars of dark chocolate and butter. Add sugar and mix thoroughly. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
Step 2
Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture, whisk well. Add flour, salt, and walnuts. Mix again.
Step 3
Fill a microwave-safe dish and bake for 3–5 minutes at 700 W. The brownies are ready when the top of the batter is no longer liquid, and the center should remain slightly undercooked. You can sprinkle powdered sugar on top of the brownies.
