Microwave Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • Ghee - 2 spoons
  • Cookie - 1.8 oz
  • Sour Cream - 4.2 oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 4.2 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Orange juice concentrate - 2 spoons
  • Powdered Sugar - 2.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix the crushed cookies with the butter. Press the resulting mixture into the molds to create a base for the cheesecake.

Step 2

At low speed, beat the cream cheese with the sour cream. A few seconds is enough for the mixture to become smooth and homogenous. Do not beat for too long to avoid incorporating too much air, which could cause the cheesecake to crack later.

Step 3

Add powdered sugar and an egg, and beat again until smooth. Then add orange juice and gently mix. Pour into molds. Cook in the microwave at 700 watts for about 2 minutes. When the center just starts to bubble, remove it.

Step 4

The center of the cheesecake will jiggle when it's done, but it will firm up as it cools. Allow it to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 1.5 to 2 hours until completely chilled.

Step 5

Garnish as desired (with cocoa powder, berries, etc.).
