  • Salad Potatoes - 4 pieces
  • Spices - to taste

Step 1

Wash the potatoes with a brush and peel them (optional), then slice them into thin rounds or wedges (it's best to use a mandoline — a special slicer with a holder for the product).

Step 2

Lay the potato slices in a single layer on parchment paper (baking paper) or, alternatively, use a plate, but in this case, it should be greased with oil beforehand, otherwise the potatoes will stick. Add salt and spices to taste.

Step 3

Cook for about 5–7 minutes at 700 watts. It's easy to determine when the chips are ready; you can tell by their color. If the potatoes have turned a light brown color — take them out! But don't take them out too early, as the potatoes won't have the crispiness characteristic of chips. During cooking, it's advisable to check the chips every minute to minimize the risk of burning. After cooking, let them cool.
