Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
  • Sugar - 7.1 oz
  • Milk - 7 fl oz
  • Cinnamon - to taste
  • Activated Baking Soda - a pinch
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Apple - 2 lbs
  • Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

Step 2

Whip the egg whites with a mixer until stiff peaks form, gradually adding sugar.

Step 3

Then add the yolks and baking soda one at a time.

Step 4

Pour in the milk.

Step 5

Slowly add the flour while continuing to beat on low speed.

Step 6

When the batter reaches the consistency of thick sour cream, add cinnamon and pour in the vegetable oil.

Step 7

Cut the apples into small cubes.

Step 8

Pour the batter into a baking dish lined with parchment paper and sprinkle the apples on top.

Step 9

Place the dish in a preheated oven at 356°F for 35–40 minutes, depending on the height of the dish's sides. It is better to use a wide dish with low sides.
