Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 8.5 oz
- Granulated sugar - 7.1 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - a pinch
- Vanilla salt - a pinch
- Boiling water - 0 fl oz
- Butter - 1.1 oz
- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Apple - 2 lbs
- Bananas - 2 lbs
- Cottage cheese - 2 lbs
- Baby Cream Puree - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar and flour.
Step 2
Add vanilla, baking soda dissolved in boiling water, and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a water bath, add it to the batter, and mix well.
Step 4
Warm the milk, add it to the batter, and mix well.
Step 5
Wash and peel the apples, removing the seeds.
Step 6
Slice the apples into thin wedges.
Step 7
Wash, peel, and slice the bananas into thin rounds.
Step 8
Pour half of the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 9
Spread a thin layer of cottage cheese over the batter and top it with banana slices.
Step 10
Layer the apple wedges on top of the bananas and pour the remaining batter over everything.
Step 11
Place in a preheated oven at 356°F for 1 hour.
