- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Milk - 2 fl oz
- Baking Powder - 0.4 oz
- Vanillin - 0 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the softened butter with sugar, then add the egg, milk, and baking powder (you can add vanilla sugar to taste). Add the flour and quickly knead to form a soft dough.
Step 2
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 6–7 mm. Use a muffin cutter to cut out the rounds.
Step 3
Transfer the shaped patties to a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180–392°F for 15 minutes. The tops of the patties should be slightly browned, which indicates they are ready. The key is not to overbake them, or they will become tough.
