- Butter - 4.1 oz
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Avocado - 4.2 oz
- Lime Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Condensed Milk - 5.3 oz
- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Activated Baking Soda - ¼ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mash 120 grams of avocado flesh with lime juice. Pass the puree through a sieve and set aside.
Step 2
Sift together the flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 150–338°F. Prepare 2 square baking pans.
Step 4
Beat the softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the condensed milk and mix well.
Step 5
Gradually add the flour in two parts, mixing on low speed after each addition. Finally, add the avocado puree.
Step 6
Bake for 35 minutes, until fragrant and a light salad color (do not let it brown).
