  • Dry Malted Milk Powder - 1 oz
  • Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Dry yeast - 0.2 oz
  • Water - 7 fl oz
  • Salt - 0 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix the flour, yeast, dry milk, and salt. Add the olive oil and warm water. Knead the dough.

Step 2

Cover with a towel and place in a warm spot for 1 hour.

Step 3

Shape the dough into a loaf. Cover it with a towel and let it rest for 45 minutes.

Step 4

Bake in the oven at 392°F for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
