Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the apples and remove the seeds. Cut them in half. Place them in a pot, sprinkle with a cup of sugar, and add water until the apples are fully submerged. Cook until the apples become soft. Then place them on a plate.

Step 2

Pour the milk into a pot, add the eggs, flour, and sugar. Place on the heat and stir well. Cook until it thickens and starts to boil.

Step 3

Pour the hot pudding over the apples. Place in the refrigerator for a short time, as it needs to cool before serving. You can decorate with cinnamon, jam, jelly, mint leaves, or any other fruits.
