Ingredients
- Water - 17 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Sugar - 1.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 4 spoons
- Vanilla extract - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Salt - a pinch
- Honey - to taste
- Fresh Berries - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.

Sift the flour through a fine sieve.
Step 3
Beat the eggs with sugar, salt, and vanilla paste until lightly frothy.
Step 4
Add water and stir.
Step 5
Gradually fold in the flour, whisking constantly to avoid the formation of lumps.
Step 6
At the end, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and stir.
Step 7
Preheat the crepe pan well and grease it with vegetable oil.
Step 8
Pour the batter into the skillet, spreading it evenly across the surface.
Step 9
When the edges of the pancake turn golden brown, flip it over and cook for another 20–30 seconds. Repeat this process for all the pancakes.
Step 10
Serve the finished pancakes with honey or your favorite toppings. If desired, garnish with berries.
