Ingredients
- Condensed Milk - 13.4 oz
- Chicken Eggs - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
- 33% Cream - 17 fl oz
- Powdered Sugar - 2.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the layers: break the eggs into a bowl and pour in the condensed milk. Whisk until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Step 2
Add the flour mixed with baking powder to the mixture. Whisk with a mixer. The batter should be liquid, similar in consistency to sour cream. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
Step 3
On parchment paper, draw a circle of 18–20 cm (optional). Pour the batter in a very thin layer, about 2/3 of a tablespoon. Bake in a preheated oven at 180–392°F for 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
Step 4
Do not stack the layers on top of each other immediately, as they are very sticky.
Step 5
For the cream: all ingredients and the bowl in which the cream will be prepared should be cold.
Step 6
Whip the cream with a mixer. Add the powdered sugar and whip until a creamy, light mass is obtained.
Step 7
Assemble the cake, spreading cream on each layer. Decorate with cookie crumbs and whipped cream.
