Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - 1½ spoons
- Salt - a pinch
- Milk - 1¾ glasses
- Boiling water - ¼ glasses
- Wheat Flour - 2½ glasses
- Bananas - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the egg and sugar. Add a pinch of salt and beat. Incorporate the milk and beat again. Add the flour and mix well. Pour in boiling water and mix thoroughly (the boiling water makes the batter softer. If the batter is too runny, add baking soda mixed with vinegar).
Step 2
Slice a couple of bananas into thin rounds and add them to the batter — it turns out delicious and fragrant.
Step 3
Fry the pancakes until golden brown in a preheated skillet.
