Ingredients
- Milk - 20 fl oz
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 2 fl oz
- Activated Baking Soda - 0.4 oz
- Boiling water - 7 fl oz
- Salt - 0.4 oz
- Sugar - 1.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Fresh Berries - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whisk the eggs with milk using a mixer, add salt and sugar (to taste).
Step 2
Add the flour and mix well. Dissolve the baking soda in boiling water and pour it into the batter, then add the vegetable oil and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Add a glass of boiling water to the batter and quickly stir to prevent the batter from curdling.
Step 4
The batter will be liquid but thick—it should not resemble water. Cook the pancakes in a skillet pre-greased with vegetable oil. One application will be enough to prevent the pancakes from sticking to the skillet, as oil has already been added to the batter. As they are ready, garnish to taste and serve with almost any filling.
