Description

- Sugar - 4.9 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Potato protein - 4.2 oz

Step 1
Pour sugar and salt into the milk, cook while stirring constantly for about 10 minutes.

Add the vanilla (scrape out the contents of the bean with a knife).

Without removing from heat, add the starch dissolved in water, and mix thoroughly to avoid lumps.
Step 4
Transfer the resulting sticky mass into a mold and let it cool.
Step 5
Serve dusted with powdered sugar, alongside berries, fruits, or jam.
