Description
I used half of everything listed, didn't have cream, so I took half water and half regular milk. Instead of coconut flakes, I used ground cinnamon with cane sugar (sold in a grinder, it turns out freshly ground and already sweetened) and orange zest. So feel free to vary the ingredients if you don't have something on hand.
Ingredients
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 4.1 oz
- Cream - 3 tablespoons
- Water - 20 fl oz
- Dry Malted Milk Powder - 17.6 oz
- Coconut flakes - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the butter.
Step 2
Add sugar, cream, and water. Bring everything to a boil, then remove from heat.
Step 3
Carefully stir in the milk powder.
Step 4
Pour into a greased mold and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
Step 5
Refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Take it out, check it, cut it as you like, and enjoy it with great pleasure.
