- Milk - 12 fl oz
- Condensed Milk - 12.3 oz
- Condensed Milk - 14.1 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 cup
- Gelatin - 0.4 oz
- Mint - to taste
- Raspberry leaves - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the three types of milk.
Step 2
Soak the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. Drain the water and place the gelatin in a saucepan. Add a few tablespoons of lemon juice and heat until fully dissolved.
Step 3
Add the gelatin to the bowl with the milk, pour in the lemon juice, and mix well.
Step 4
Strain the resulting mixture and pour it into molds. Place in the refrigerator for a few hours.
Step 5
To remove the pudding from the molds, briefly dip them in hot water. Transfer to plates. Drizzle with raspberry sauce and sprinkle with chopped mint.
