  • Milk - 32 fl oz
  • Sugar - 4 teaspoons
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Rinse the rice, place it in a deep microwave-safe container, add 960 ml of water, bring to a boil on full power, and cook for 9 minutes.

Step 2

Drain the water, pour the milk over the rice, add sugar and salt, stir, and cover the container with a lid.

Step 3

Reduce the power to medium and cook the porridge for another 15 minutes.

Step 4

Let the finished porridge sit covered for 15 minutes.
