- Rice - 1 cup
- Milk - 17 fl oz
- Kohlrabi - 7.1 oz
- Sour Cream - 4 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste

Rinse the rice.

Wash the kohlrabi, peel it, and grate it on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Pour 2 cups of water over the rice, bring to a boil, add salt, and add the kohlrabi without stirring.
Step 4
Pour in the milk in a thin stream, bring to a boil again, and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Cover the pot with a lid and let it steep for 20–30 minutes.
Step 6
Serve hot with sour cream.
