- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Light Raisins, Seedless - 1.8 oz
- Sour Cream - 0.9 oz
- Jam - 7.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook a thick millet porridge from millet and salted milk, and cool it to 158°F.
Step 2
Mix the porridge with egg yolks, crushed with sugar and raisins.
Step 3
Add whipped egg whites to the mixture and gently stir.
Step 4
Transfer the prepared mixture to a greased baking dish, spread sour cream on top, and bake in a preheated oven until done.
Step 5
Cut the warm loaf into portioned pieces and drizzle with jam.
