- Oranges - 1 piece
- Millet - 2.1 oz
- Orange juice concentrate - 0 fl oz

Cut the top off the orange so that it is slightly more than half.
Step 2
Juice the orange using a manual juicer until the inside is empty.
Step 3
Fill the orange with the no-cook millet flakes.
Step 4
Add the orange juice and sugar, mix well. Pour the juice into the orange. Place the orange on a plate and microwave for 2 minutes. After that, add a piece of butter on top of the porridge and serve!
