Peel the pumpkin from the skin and seeds, and cut it into small cubes. In a pot, bring the milk to a boil, add the pumpkin, season with salt, and bring to a boil again.

Add the millet, reduce the heat to medium, and cook for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 302°F. Divide the porridge into individual pots, add the butter, cover tightly, and place in the oven for 20–25 minutes.
