Description
Very delicious with creamy, slightly melted ice cream.
Ingredients
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Farm fresh eggs - 6 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Apple - 2 pieces
- Beans - 1 piece
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the egg whites with a mixer until stiff peaks form.
Step 2
Gradually add the egg yolks. Beat well.
Step 3
Slowly add the sugar and mix well with the mixer.
Step 4
Add the baking soda.
Step 5
Using a wooden spoon, gradually add the flour to knead the dough (it is preferable not to use the mixer).
Step 6
Grease the molds with butter and place thinly sliced fruits at the bottom. Pour the batter over to completely cover the fruits.
Step 7
Place the molds in a preheated oven at 356°F on the top rack.
Step 8
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
