Mini Cheesecake in the Microwave
Ingredients
- Sour Cream - 5.3 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 5.3 oz
- Cookie - 1.8 oz
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Egg white - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Crush the cookies into crumbs (I first crush them in the package, then blend them).
Step 2
Melt the butter and add it to the cookies, mix well.
Step 3
Place the mixture into molds (I used cups).
Step 4
Whip the cream cheese and sour cream, but not too long to avoid bubbles.
Step 5
Add the egg and whip again.
Step 6
Pour the mixture over the cookies.
Step 7
Put it in the microwave for 2 minutes at 700 watts.
Step 8
Cool to room temperature and refrigerate for 2–3 hours.
Step 9
Before serving, garnish with cocoa or fruits.
