Mini Croissants with Cinnamon

Ingredients

  • Ground Cinnamon - to taste
  • Puff Pastry - 1 piece
  • Sugar - to taste
  • Walnuts - to taste
  • Vegetable Oil - to taste
  • Liquid dark chocolate - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Roll out the pastry into squares, cut into 4 parts. Then cut each part into three.

Step 2

Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on each piece (I added small pieces of dark chocolate and walnuts to some).

Step 3

Roll into croissants and place on a baking sheet greased with oil.

Step 4

Bake for 10 minutes at 392°F.
