- Sugar - 6 oz
- Butter - 4.2 oz
- Milk - 4 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 4.9 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Nutmeg - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 374°F. Then prepare the cupcake molds, preferably small ones.
Step 2
Beat together sugar (100 grams, the rest for sprinkling), butter (60 grams), nutmeg, milk, baking powder, and flour.
Step 3
Place the batter into the prepared and greased cupcake molds (about 1.5 teaspoons each, though it depends on the molds).
Step 4
Bake in the preheated oven at 374°F for 15 minutes (or until golden brown, again depending on the molds).
Step 5
Let the cupcake-donuts cool slightly. Then melt the butter or margarine (remaining 60 grams), and separately mix sugar (70 grams) with cinnamon for sprinkling.
Step 6
Dip our cupcake-donuts in the melted butter.
Step 7
Then roll them in the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
