- Powdered Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Ground Almonds - 3.5 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Olive Oil - ½ cup
- Brown Sugar - to taste
- Pitted olives - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 347°F. Beat the feta cheese, powdered sugar, and honey with a mixer until smooth. Add the olive oil.
Step 2
Mix the flour with the ground almonds, add the baking powder, and gently fold into the cheese mixture.
Step 3
Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and distribute them into individual baking molds. Top each muffin with halved olives.
Step 4
